1. Data controller
Ornella Foglia is the data controller for managing OFFLINE READY. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and also processes purchase data for its own purposes and obligations: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy . A direct controller contact will be published before sales begin.
2. Family data stays on your device
Names, telephone numbers, addresses, meeting points, family notes and checklists are stored in your device’s browser. They are not automatically sent to the seller or a server. No account is required. Exported backups contain readable, unencrypted personal information: store them securely. Any sharing with third parties is initiated and controlled by you.
3. Site, purchase and support data
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requests and technical logs to serve the site. To verify purchases we send a random installation identifier and transaction reference to the verification service on Lovable Cloud and Paddle, never family names, contacts or plan details. Activation is saved on the device and excluded from personal backups. Clearing browser storage can remove it. Error reports may contain technical error details; Lovable diagnostic tools are available in the editor preview. Do not include family data in support messages. If you contact us, we use the contact details and message you provide to respond. We do not add advertising analytics or profiling to the app.
4. Purposes and legal bases
App provision, purchase handling and support: contract performance or pre-contractual steps. Security, fraud prevention and technical operation: legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Tax and legal compliance: legal obligation. Optional activities requiring consent will only be enabled with valid, withdrawable consent.
5. Recipients
Necessary data may be processed by hosting and support providers including Lovable for site provision; Paddle for sales, payments, tax, invoicing and order management; legal and accounting advisers; and authorities where required by law. Local family data is not automatically shared with these recipients. Opening an external official source takes you to a third-party site subject to its own privacy notice.
6. Retention
Family data stays on your device until you delete it or the browser removes it. Settings allow export and deletion. Support requests are kept as needed to resolve them and protect legal rights; accounting records for statutory periods, generally ten years in Italy. Technical log retention follows provider schedules, which must be verified before sales begin. Unneeded data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Transfers and security
Providers such as Lovable and Paddle may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses and additional GDPR safeguards; provider terms must be checked for the sales configuration. We take proportionate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS and restricted access. Plans and backups are not encrypted by the app: protect your device and files. No system guarantees absolute security.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The app uses local storage for language, plans and offline resources. It does not introduce advertising cookies or analytics tools in its interface. Hosting and payment services may use essential cookies for operation and security under their respective notices. Browser settings let you manage cookies and storage; clearing them can remove your plan and offline resources.
9. GDPR rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Controller requests will be answered within one month, subject to reasoned extensions allowed by GDPR. You may complain to Italy’s data protection authority: https://www.garanteprivacy.it . For data stored only on your device, use editing, export and deletion: the seller cannot retrieve it remotely. For data held by Paddle, contact Paddle through its privacy notice.
