OFFLINE READY — Family Package is offered by Ornella Foglia as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal.
Policy and rights
Purchases handled by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy, linked below. It includes its 14-day period from the transaction, digital content provisions and applicable mandatory rights. We do not exclude refunds or restrict statutory rights. Read the current policy before purchasing.
Requesting a refund
Visit paddle.net and use buyer support, providing the purchase email and order reference from your receipt. Do not send your family plan or backup: they are not needed to process the request. Paddle handles the procedure, decision and repayment under its policy.
Your saved plan
A refund does not remotely delete family data on your device. Your saved personal plan remains readable offline. Purchased activation is not confirmed for a refunded payment; this does not block your personal plan.
