1. Seller and acceptance
OFFLINE READY is offered by Ornella Foglia. By using the service you agree to these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. You must be an adult or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Family Package
The offer is a one-time €19.90 purchase for one household, with no subscription or automatic renewal. It includes a custom family plan, 72-hour checklist, eight guides citing Italian official sources, Emergency view, Italian and English, backup and printing. It does not include cross-device synchronisation, real-time alerts, maps or medical advice. Activation arrangements will be disclosed before purchasing becomes available.
3. Payments through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, billing, taxes and refunds are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms . The total including applicable taxes is shown before confirmation. Test payments do not charge real money.
4. Licence and intellectual property
Ornella Foglia retains ownership of the software, original documentation and OFFLINE READY branding. Cited official sources remain the property of their respective owners. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal household use; resale and redistribution are not permitted.
5. Prohibited use
Unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement and security interference are prohibited, including malware, unauthorised access, abusive probing and unauthorised automated scraping.
6. Offline access and backups
Your saved personal plan remains readable offline after preparing the device, without a subscription. Family names, contacts and plan details are not automatically uploaded to our servers. Clearing browser data, uninstalling or losing the device can remove local data. Keep a backup and a printed copy. Purchasing requires an internet connection.
7. Service limitations
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance or prevention of harm in an emergency. Guides summarise official sources and do not replace emergency services, authority instructions or medical advice. Contact emergency services in danger. Mandatory statutory warranties and liabilities remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and rights
Online access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated or serious policy violations.
